Plans have been submitted to create 75 new homes off Mossley Road.
The site, currently home to Stalybridge Celtic Juniors Football Club, according to plans submitted to Tameside Council by developers Walker and Co will include 75 luxury four and five bed properties with double garages, ensuite bathrooms and panoramic views.
No affordable housing is included in the plans and there is no mention of local schools, doctors or impact on transport infrastructure. Prices will start from £550,000.
