Our DNA

We Are Celtic Juniors

Every coach understands and buys into our ethos, from our base values, to the way we behave on match days, at Soccer School and in training sessions.

We promote a positive attitude around the club, at Soccer School, in training sessions and on match days.

We are calm, collected and organised so that we can provide the best possible outcome for our players.

We invest in ourselves, we develop as coaches by continually learning, gaining new qualifications and attending courses.

We ensure that we meet all of the club and FA requirements, including safeguarding and first aid qualifications.

Connect

Communicating with players

Kids are all different, everyone knows that. How do we connect with them, and allow them to connect with eachother?

We consider the differing needs of each Celtic Juniors player.

We consider how best to communicate with each individual.

We consider how we can challenge each individual appropriately.

We try to instil confidence in each player to ensure they thrive.

We ensure that players can connect with eachother and develop social skills.

We create a positive learning environment for every Celtic Juniors player.
